Notes
- When the RTH opening price is lower than the previous RTH closing price, a discount Opening Range Gap is created, and therefore, we should have a bullish bias for the first 30 minutes.
- When the RTH opening price is higher than the previous RTH closing price, a premium Opening Range Gap is created, and therefore, we should have a bearish bias for the first 30 minutes.
- During the first 30 minutes, our bias should remain unchanged until the price hits the ORGβs midpoint (Consequent Encroachment).
- On days without news, we should focus on trading mainly around these liquidity pools:
- Previous PM session High and Low.
- Asian session High and Low
- London session High and Low
- AM session High and Low
- Having a solid trading protocol and maintaining discipline is essential for success.
- Time is a critical factor in understanding price action.
