2022 ICT Mentorship - Market Review: July 18

Notes

  • We should not force trades when market conditions are unclear or when we don’t have a strong directional bias.
  • In choppy, non-trending markets, shorter-term intraday setups are more appropriate.
  • In uncertain market conditions, we must take partial profits and not hold positions too long.
  • Adaptability is key. We should be willing to adjust our trading strategy based on changing market conditions.
  • There are times when Michael doesn’t know where the price will go.
  • Gold is an event-driven market, and it’s highly manipulated.
  • When the bond market consolidates, the S&P market is choppy.
