- Power of Three Components:
- Accumulation phase: Long or short positions are accumulated.
- Manipulation phase: Price moves in the opposite direction of the intended future direction.
- Expansion phase: Price moves in the intended direction, leading to distribution.
- Distribution phase: Long or short positions are distributed.
- There is no guaranteed way to know if the reversal will hold. Instead, we should anticipate reactions and proactively manage risk.
- Michael has no rigid rules for exits. He recommends using Fibonacci levels and market-generated levels, i.e., supports and resistances.
