Notes
- We want to sell to buyers and buy from sellers, selling at a premium and buying at a discount.
- Retail traders buy at a premium and sell at a discount.
- If the market is bearish, we will look to sell above old highs. If the market is bullish, we will look to buy below old lows.
- Always ask yourself these two questions:
- If I was long right now, where would my stop loss be placed?
- If I was short right now, where would my stop loss be placed?
- Expect a 10-20 pip sweep and use a 30-50 pip stop loss.
- If the market has been trending throughout the week, it will likely see a choppy day on Friday.
