- The breaker block is made up of the entire candle range.
- If we expect higher prices, we look for the highest up candle forming before the raid on the stop losses.
- If we expect lower prices, we look for the lowest down candle forming before the raid on the stop losses.
- We should see explosive price action right after the price tests the breaker block. The reason is the closing of losing positions and opening new ones in the direction determined by the breaker block.
