ICT Price Action Model 13 - 2022 YouTube Model

Amplified Lecture

Notes

  • This amplified lecture builds on 2022 ICT Mentorship.
  • We are looking to trade an intraday market structure that targets opposing PD Array Matrix objectives.
  • We use Time Of Day: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST for Forex and 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. EST for Index Futures. We monitor 5-minute down to 1-minute charts after a liquidity raid occurs and a short-term shift in market structure unfolds.
  • Bearish Setup:
    • We look for a buy-side liquidity raid and then a rapid market structure shift below a recent 5- to 1-minute low. If the drop after buy-side liquidity is purged creates displacement lower and has an FVG, this is ideal.
  • Bullish Setup:
    • We look for a sell-side liquidity raid and then a rapid market structure shift above a recent 5- to 1-minute high. If the rally after sell-side liquidity is purged creates displacement higher and has an FVG, this is ideal.
  • Bearish Entry:
    • Place a sell limit order at the High of the Discount Low of the FVG on the 5- to 1-minute chart that formed. A stop loss is placed at the Low of the Premium High of the FVG used for the setup.
  • Bullish Entry:
    • Place a buy limit order at the Low of the Premium High of the FVG on the 5- to 1-minute chart that formed. A stop loss is placed at the High of the Discount Low of the FVG used for the setup.
  • We use 2% or less Risk per setup of the total equity of the trading account.
  • We use the same reduced-risk approach we have learned in each of the previous models. Nothing new is required.
  • Bearish PM Session Setup:
    • We look for a buy-side liquidity raid on the AM Session Highs or Lunch Hour Highs. If the drop after buy-side liquidity in purged creates displacement lower and has an FVG, this is ideal.
      *Bullish PM Session Setup:
    • We look for a sell-side liquidity raid on the AM Session Lows or Lunch Hour Lows. If the rally after sell-side liquidity in purged creates displacement higher and has an FVG, this is ideal.
  • Bearish Entry:
    • Place a sell limit order at the High of the Discount Low of the FVG on the 5- to 1-minute chart that formed. A stop loss is placed at the Low of the Premium High of the FVG used for the setup.
  • BullishEntry:
    • Place a buy limit order at the Low of the Premium High of the FVG on the 5- to 1-minute chart that formed. A stop loss is placed at the High of the Discount Low of the FVG used for the setup.
  • We are looking to take profits at opposing PD Arrays.
